Brianne M. Bailey is a law school graduate and assists the firm’s attorneys in the following practice areas:

Before joining the firm, Brianne earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Southern Maine. She also successfully completed the Business and Transactional Law Certificate with distinction. While in law school, she gained experience through internships, clerkships, including with the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel and a Bangor law firm, where she assisted with transactional matters, property due diligence, contract drafting, and corporate governance projects.
At the firm, Brianne assists on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, title issues, and development matters, as well as corporate law matters such as entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and transactional contracts. She brings to her work a commitment to precision, strong analytical skills, and a client-oriented approach.
Outside of her legal practice, Brianne lives in Oxford, Maine. She enjoys outdoor activities, including running with her dog, Clay, and paddleboarding, and she looks forward to getting involved with local bar associates and contributing to the community.
