Skelton Taintor & Abbott attorneys honored on Super Lawyers list

She represents individuals as well as business and municipal clients in the full range of employment law matters they encounter, such as: retaliation, whistleblower and false claims act, discrimination and civil rights, sexual harassment, Maine Human Rights Act, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), age discrimination in employment (ADEA), USERRA, policies, employee handbooks, severance agreements and employment contracts. This is Webber’s ninth year receiving this honor.

Wade is honored in the area of Personal Injury General, Plaintiff. He has devoted his 30-year career to representing individuals who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others—having represented hundreds of individuals, each of whom has experienced a traumatic event that has resulted in their injury or in the death of a loved one. He is board certified as a civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and has received the preeminent AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell®. Wade sits on the Board of Governors of the International Society of Barristers. This is Wade’s eleventh year receiving this honor.
